Visualization of the state of mind in conditions of limited freedom of expression. Daria collaborated with local illustrator Kostya Kes to create a visual dialogue. They’ve transformed well-known Russian politicians’ quotes into visual metaphors, as an answer to a contemporary political state. The witty style of illustrations and clever graphical appliance only strengthens the concept of the exhibition. In addition, two artists transformed a public space into an art gallery, music hall and interactive cooking space for the opening night at SANGRITA TAQUERIA.
This is a traveling exhibition started as a pop up art show in Moscow. Next official opening was January 22, 2020 in Yoshkar-Ola City, Chavaina Boulevard 36, the exhibition was up for 3 weeks.
